All our products are shipped from our US warehouse. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Standard ground shipping takes 5–7 business days for the contiguous United States, and 7–10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping fee starting at $9.98, calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Every item comes with a tracking number, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Our warehouse team has years of experience in construction and building materials, so they know how to protect each bathroom product to ensure it arrives safely at your home.

Expedited shipping options (2-Day) are available for an additional charge at checkout regardless of order total. Large or oversized bathroom fixtures such as bathtubs and vanities may ship via freight carriers (LTL), with delivery typically taking 7–14 business days. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Of course. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method or exchange for a different product. Custom or special-order bathroom fixtures are non-returnable unless defective.

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Items returned without an RMA number may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item at our facility.
